Can't remove my credit card information from xbox live. I have an active gold subscription but auto renewal has been turned off, so I don't see why there's any reason for my card information to be stored on their system. Help appreciated, thanks.
It's the way they have the system set up. I'm not sure why, but as long as your card is attached to an active gold subscription you can't remove it. You have to wait until the account reverts to silver.
