Removal of device from xbox music

I go to My account and remove the device.  It automatically keeps appearing, I removed it twice and it still appeared , now I have to wait 30 days.  Does a device automatically connect it self to xbox music  and if so I can I disable it.

The device should not be automatically connecting to your Music Pass. But let's make sure the device is being properly removed. Are you removing it with the steps listed here? Let us know. Thanks!
