Region lock

Okay so i have a xbox 360( not modded) and have the original copy of Black Ops,...nice ....BUT i CANNOT download no map pack because it's not available in my region ....WHY? i just wasted money on 4200 ms points for nothing.
Want to mention that i live in Romania (a country you never heard of, eastern Europe) and there the console is not officialy launched by M$ so i couldn't put my country when i made my account and went instead with a UK account, trust me alot of people in this country do this thing. 
What can i do? , i really want to play new maps, i don't do piracy, i payed for the game AND YOUR CONSOLE (supported you guys) and this is the way the rest of the world is treated?

I'm afraid there isn't much you can do.

 

The region lock for them operates via your IP address and that is giving you away as living in Romania. You could try using a proxy server but I'm not sure how effective that would be.

then I'm just saying that Microsoft lost a customer and going to sell the suxbox and buy a Playstation 3, not wanting to be a troll but ***!!!

You should check on if the region lock on the DLC is on the PS3 version as well before you buy.

There's not a lot you can do. You could try a proxy server, as mentioned above, or wait until MS releases XBox LIVE to Romania. Which could take a long time.
