Region Error Call of Duty DLC? Account, Xbox & Region are the same, but XBL says otherwise... :(

I purchased the map packs last year for Call of Duty 5: World at War with another gamertag, but later on deleted the Account and DLC off my HDD. I dont remember the Email, but I know teh GT and password, but I decided to move on anyway.

So I go to purchase the "Map Pack 3" Package from the XBL Market Place for 800MSP, and I get the Region Error??!

I purchased a Arcade Game known as "Castle Crashers" & that worked fine, I have the full game unlocked, but what is really getting to me, is the question "Why can I not download the Cod5: WaW map pack 3 Bundle for 800MSP?!". My console was bought in New Zealand, my Account was made in New Zealand, & the code was purchased from New Zealand! I dont understand what is going on? I made the Xbox live account in the same region, and the billing address is correct (I still remain at the same address on the Xbox live account).

If the XBL Support Team can help me with this problem, that would be great! I have exactly 800MSP to buy the DLC, so if I cant purchase it, is there a way the XBL support team purchase it on my account for me to automatically download on my Console?

Otherwise I have another way of getting them legally, but using a thing called a VPN? (I dont know anything about it, just heard of it from Google searching the problem). I do not wish to do that, and I am not sure if thats illegal/against the XBL terms of use, But help atm would be really great.

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Registered with Telecom-NZ (Not sure if thats what ISP fully means)

My Account billing says that my Country/Region is Australia ??!!! Is that the issue? As ive downloaded other games perfectly fine? And is there any way to change this if it is the problem? :O

(Must have set it to Australia by accident... :(

he region being wrong would cause the problem you describe but unfortunately there is no option to migrate the region to new Zealand at this time.

You could create a new account, making sure it is a New Zealand one, buy the maps with that and then play with them on your main account. That would mean buying more points but it is the only way to do it at the present time.
