Refund

Well back on April 14 I purchased Mortal Kombat X premium edition For $80.99 And about two days ago I tried playing it and it said I had to purchase the game again for $89.99. So I called customer supper and they had me delete me copy and repurchase the game at $89.99 to see if it would charge me and they stated that the would refund me my $89.99, but today I get a notification from my bank and it shows I was refunded $80.99. Why was I not given my $89.99. There was no reason why I had to re purchase a game I already had and I want my refund in full.

They said they can't do anything and that I had to re buy the *** game

They might have refunded the transaction you made last April that costs $80.99 instead of your recent transaction for $89.99. Try to reach Xbox Support again to verify if that is the case and see if there is anything that they can do about it.

No refunds after 12:01 EST on the release date. You can call them up and ask for an exception, they usually don't give one.
