Redeeming a 3 month prepaid card

When I enter the code to redeem my prepaid card two error codes pop up. The first is 801613C9 and second is 80153021. I've read forums on them both and instructions on fixing the problem have not worked. I don't have a PC so I cannot chat with Xbox officials nor do I have a twitter so I believe this is my only option. I've re downloaded my profile countless times and checked my billing info twice as many. It says my account is locked and I cannot find out why or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your account is locked you would need to contact phone support to speak to billing so they can help you get it unlocked. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

G'day Smoky! Please start a new thread and offer up some details as to what's going on. What is the exact error message that appears? Have you tried redeeming on xbox.com and on your Xbox 360 console? Is all of your billing info up to date at commerce.microsoft.com? Let us know and we'll be happy to help.
