Redeem code not working

I got a code yesterday I tried it on the xbox it said my account was limited but when I called support they said my account wasn't and to wait an hour it's been 5 I tried the code again online and get the code Xbos-0x80169D3A 3ddd5cb8-0dfb-48cf-98df-8bf0949b4185 2014/02/09 - 12:06:34 UTC

What is the code for and where did you get it? (don't post the code).

It's possible that it wasn't activated at the source.

I contacted support  again on the 9th they said it here was nothing wrong with my account even though on my end it says it's locked so they had to go to someone higher and it would take 3-5 days  haven't heard anything  since then so I tried the code again today and it's still locked lol oh well

Oh man this is funny I contacted the twitter they asked for the error code and said to contact their chat support or phone support which I have done both already I guess I'll just wait another week before contacting them again maybe they got behind on the list of people they send to the upper station even though it was 3-5 days I'll wait longer before recontacting them or maybe I'll just end up having to make a new account and I've only  had my account for like 2 months lol
