Redeem code error - saying it's used but nothing has downloaded?

Please help, I can't find any contact details or anything to help resolve this issue on either the Xbox 360 forum website or the Square Enix support website noted on the redeem code card.

When i tried to download the game it said it couldn't download then when I tried to enter the code again it said it had already been used?

any help appreciated. Thanks

Hello Jake. First I need you to look in your "Download History". When you redeemed the code, it should have added the file to your downloads. If you see the game you are looking for, go ahead and try to download again. If you are still having problems, report back here and we will go from there. Thanks.

where did you get the redeem code from? did it come from a game itself or did you purchase it online? often even reputable online store like amazon and ebay have been known to sell cards/codes that are invalid. if that is the case you will have to contact them. please let me know. thanks.

Same thing happened to me.  I still can't find my games.  They're the downloadable games that come with the xbox360 .  Any helpers left out there????  :)

Hey Antacid, thanks for responding

the redeem code came with the Xbox 360 - just purchased for christmas - the code comes from "Square Enix" ??

I've tried to contact them about a week ago and all I've received is a 'ticket number'

The downloadable game was Tomb Raider & the website suggested for 'customer support' is - support.eu.square-enix.com/j/tombraider

any more suggestions or contact details appreciated??

You should go ahead and contact the Xbox Support. There are many other people having problems with digital codes of Tomb Raider, it's not only you who can't digitally download this game through the code.

I have the same problem. It said it was downloading then I started playing call of duty ghosts and right as I went on line it said download cancelled.

Its also saying that I use my free gold member ship but I didn't so I had to buy a month gold.
