Specific issue you are having:  Download is corrupt at completion
Any error code or message you are receiving:  None, just a corrupt file

Im not sure if it has to do with my IP address, as my current ISP uses a US IP and my account and "physical" location is Canada...

Previous Free with Gold Titles downloaded and work fine (Defense Grid, Assassin's Creed II, Crackdown, Dead Rising 2) and I have lots of room on hard drive (240GB free)

Please help.

Have you tried the usual method of delete the download, clearing your cache, restarting console and try again maybe

The issue may be that your physical location is different from the download location.  Try migrating your account to Canada and see if that solves the problem.

My account is in Canada, and so is the console.  My IP address is US (although it is a Canadian account).  I would have to switch my account to US to match my IP, but I am worried that I would not be able to switch back if that doesnt solve the problem and my understanding is that switching also causes my to lose my online funds...

When I tried to download originally through the console it wouldn't allow me because I had region error.  I was able to purchase through xbox.com and have it in queue.

Perhaps it's an issue with the US IP then.  Try switching the IP address on the console so it reflects your internet location/provider.  See if that helps.

Contact your isp and tell them you have the wrong geoip

if you are accessing from canada

.it would be alot faster going to a friends and using their connection
