"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

Hi,

I'm working overseas from Canada temporarily, and don't have immediate access to my Xbox 360, which I didn't bring because of regional voltage differences.

I've been trying to take advantage of the "Games with Gold" promotion for the latter half of this month for the last two weeks, via the Xbox.com marketplace.

However, when I try to confirm my "purchase", I get the following error:

"Sorry
Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
I haven't had any issues with any of the other games from the promotion so far, even after switching from Microsoft Points to a pre-paid credit card earlier this month.
I'll gladly provide any other information required if it helps the problem get resolved.

It may be due to an IP issue (because you're trying to purchase something from Canada while you're in another country).  If you have a friend or family at home who has access to the console, have them add the item for you.
