"Use a different way to pay" error

Hi there!

The problem is, when I try to add my credit card it says to use a different way to pay. I could not seem to find the problem because I've already checked with my bank that there are no blockings, moreover I made orders with the same card with my PSN account on my PS4 console with no problem, so I don't understand what the problem is here.

Is your gamertag set for a different country than you live in?

If not then you should give phone support a try to see if they may have an answer for you.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
