I tried to purchase the 2 months for $2 deal from the dashboard and got this message. I tried logging on to Xbox.com last week and got some message about my account being frozen due to spamming or something like that. I confirmed I owned the account, changed my password and everything else to get the problem resolved and thought that was that. Then when I got that handled, I tried to buy more by buying the deal and it wont let me.  I don't know if this message is because of that because i've never had a problem buying deals from the dashboard.  Is there any way to get this resolved? I've seen other posts about this so I know it's not just me.

SO i had this problem right after i had status code : 80190848

and  I had that issue , when my account wasn't confirmed so I had to change the password for my account !

Since then i've been getting these problems with two different error messages

someone please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
