"Payment could not be authorised"

Hey guys,

Recently just added 1000p to my xbox live account, then 10 seconds later i tried adding another 500p but this message ended up showing.. "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.".... There is nothing wrong with my paypal account or credit card, i even tried using my friends credit card who is from a different provider and still came up with the same message. I dont understand cause it let me do it 10 seconds before hand.

If anyone has any idea on what is goin on could appreciate some help.

If you are getting this same error with multiple payment methods from multiple providers (PayPal, different banks or credit cards, etc), you should contact phone support in your region for more information and possible resolution. This could indicate some kind of issue with your account that only phone support will be able to assist you with.
