"Glitches in the system?"

Hello, today I was attempting to manage my payment options in order to remove a credit card from my payment options, but whenever I attempt to access that option, the site proclaims that there is an error or a "glitch in the system." My subscription to XboxLive automatically renews when unwanted and I am unable to cancel it because of said site errors. This is extremely frustrating, and money is being wasted because of it.

Because the credit card is attached to your gold account, it cannot be removed until the gold has run out (if you attempt to remove it now, you will cancel your gold membership).

What you should do for now is contact support and turn off your auto renewal.  Wait until your gold runs out and then remove the card.

once auto renew is off you should be able to remove the card,before your gold expires

I occasionally receive the same message (using Firefox as my browser) and find that "Clearing Recent History" to delete cache and cookies tends to fix that problem.  Give it a try see if it helps. Failing that, you can always give the folks at XBox Support a call to resolve any billing issues.
