Quitting xbox live.

I've been trying for 3 weeks now to get my problem solved. Called support 3 times, the service was good, but problem still not solved.

Information:

- Error code: 80153410

First time I called : 12-00-34-43-06
2nd time I called  : 12-00-57-82-73

Last time I called I didn't get another file number or whatever it is called (Sorry I'm french).

Can't download anything except rented/bought movies. Can't buy games or expansions and I got pissed, three weeks now.

To resolve this issue, try the following solutions:

 

Solution 1: Check your billing address

Make sure the billing address for your Xbox LIVE account matches the billing address used by your credit card company. To change the billing address for your Xbox LIVE account, see Change your Xbox LIVE account information.

If your Xbox LIVE account address matches the billing address used by your credit card company, try the next solution.

 

Solution 2: Check the status of the Xbox LIVE service

The Xbox LIVE service might be unavailable due to system maintenance. Check the status of the Xbox LIVE service. If there’s an Xbox LIVE service alert, wait 72 hours and then try to purchase or download the content again.

If there are no Xbox LIVE service alerts and you continue to get the error, try the next solution.

 

Solution 3: Test your connection

Test the Xbox LIVE connection on your Xbox 360 console. Here’s how:

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
  2. Go to settings and then System Settings.
  3. Select Network Settings.
  4. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted.
  5. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
  6. Do one of the following:

Workarounds

 

Workaround 1: Try from a different location

Yes sure I can, and I've tried everything in your post before calling support. It happens every time I try to buy something online (except movies)... can't buy expansions or games. Support resetted my points twice, didn't work.... they had emails sent to me with new codes for points. They said they had to sent my problem to higher rank or something (Sorry I'm french).... and it still didn't work.... last time I called they told me the same thing even after I explained and gave more details. But after this call I didn't get any feedback or call, so I gave up cuz I was using my connection to buy stuff mainly.
