Queing up content on XBOX.com issue

I received a 360S for my birthday in July and did a license transfer of all my content. Using XBOX.com I went through my download history and queued up content I wanted to have on the new system and everything worked fine. Since then I've tried queing up new content and when I get home my system tells me it won't download as it's be queued up for a different system. I do have two systems in my house. One for the kids and one for myself. My first thought was my GT is somehow connected with the kids system but when I attempted to download new queued content on my kids console I get the same message. Any help will be appreciated.

When you're on the console, press A to select the download in the active downloads list and choose "Download All Items" and it'll get rid of the message.

I'm pretty sure I tried that but have added a few things to queue to test tonight.
