Purchasing or downloading something

I have to use an interpreter because i did not speak English i´m from Poland

I bought Gears of War judgment in a box was located the code for Gears of War

When I entered the code is written 'This item is unavailable from the current location'

Well the thing is where did you buy the code? Us or uk?

When buying stuff it is best to buy from your local region

With region locked content you must be physically in the country of your account

Suggestion when you create an account always use the correct country

Your account has to be in poland not another region

Regardless where you make your account your physical region and actual region must match

If your account region is poland

You can check at commerce.Microsoft.com or billing.microsoft.com and more info

You need to hard reset your modem and router

If your account region and actual region doesnt match then this doesnt affect it

You need to redeem the code in the correct regional account

This is the way region locks work I

I’m getting “region” errors

In order to have the best experience on the marketplace, make sure that your account region and physical location match. Your account region was set when you first created your Gamertag and can be checked by going to https://billing.microsoft.com and clicking on “Personal Information”.

If your account region no longer matches your physical location, you would have to create a new account to reflect your location. If you don’t currently live in a LIVE supported region then you may continue to experience issues with purchasing or downloading from the marketplace.

I really shouldn’t be getting these errors.

Alright, please create or find a thread in this forum that describes your specific issue. Please include the following information:

Account region:

Physical region:

Internet Service Provider (ISP):

Content you are trying to download:

Please provide this info

you would not receive that error if you have a polish account and physically in Poland

like I said your account country must match your actual

meaning you cannot use a UK account and download uk content

 

unless please check https://billing.microsoft.com

also worst case contact your ISP to resolve gateway issues and geoip

 

if you are entering the code from the website

you MUST enter it on your console or switch to the polish website

so does your account country match your actual country?

you will not get that msg unless you are trying to download from another regional account

 

 

does it say Poland at billing.microsoft.com

if so then you need to contact your service provider ISP

they will walk you thru reseting your gateway that's the only way a failed gateway resolve (geoip can be solved)

 

 if you have a US account or UK account you will need to create the correct region

 please fill this section out
