Purchasing error

While purchasing content on Zune the other day, (with a prepaid points card). when i tried to purchase two seperate episodes of scooby doo: mystery inc. it took away the points but said i had a purchasing error. I then tried to re-purchase the said episodes and i got a message saying i already owned the content even though it never showed up in my queue! I would either like the points back or the episodes i purchased and never recieved. thank you for your time, Derek clark
