Hey everyone. Just wondering if there is a way to put in a password so my kids cant buy items  points or games content while im not near the xbox. i was just charged 6.00$ for microsoft points which i didnt purchase and beileve they did with out my permission

If the profile is setup as a child account you can block online purchasing. If its not, the only real way is  to remove the card from the account.

Support might have some more information...

If the other accounts are child accounts then you could always take advantage of the Family Controls on the console under System Settings. Also, each child account has its own controls under Parental Settings that you could adjust.

Hey Mortis! The above suggestions are good for preventing them purchasing on their accounts. If you are worried about someone getting on your account while you're not there, you can put a passcode on your account, so only you can log into it. Do any of these suggestions help you out? Let us know!
