Purchased Tales From The Borderlands Episode 1, but it still says it needs to be purchased.

I purchased Tales From The Borderlands Episode 1 yesterday, but it said something about my card not working (even though I had literally just purchased a game before that) and to try again later. Well, the purchase went through on my card and the money was taken out of my bank account and I even received a confirmation of purchase e-mail from Microsoft. 

And, yet when I go to the episode it still says it needs to be purchased and that I don't own it. I either want this episode that I obviously paid for or a refund so I can attempt to buy it again In the hopes that it works correctly this time.
