Recently I purchased two songs off of Xbox Music so I could listen to them whenever. But when I went to test it on my phone the songs said that was playing but no noise was produced. The volume was at full blast and other music I synced played fine. Please
help because if I just wasted my money then I'm just going to turn to YouTube. thank you for your time and help, James
Did you actually download the song, or was it trying to stream over your data connection?
If it wasn't downloaded, it will look like its trying to play, when it is actually buffering to stream. So I would recommend downloading your music, then you can instantly play it, even without service!
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
