Purchased Gold, but I'm still silver

I just tried to buy 3 month gold and after confirming purchase it didn't give me any notification and just sent me back to the screen where you select 1 year membership/3 month membership etc.

I then did it again with the same result and i'm still silver.  I just hope I haven't paid twice for something I still haven't got.

 

Anyone help???

You went through the confirm and you say it took you back a step? Or took you all the way back to the home page? I would check with your bank or card and ensure you did not get double charged. Sign out or turn off your console and back on again and see if you account shows Gold. Sometimes it takes a minute to show up.

Hey there Why,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

If you're not showing as having gold, the purchase most likely did not go through.

You may want to double check commerce.microsoft.com and make sure all of your billing information is up to date and you're not showing the charges. If you are, I would definitely call Phone Support and they will help you get things sorted out.
