purchased game not downloading

I recently purchased bioshock from the marketplace and was sent the conformation email with the billing information. problem is is that the game is neither in my active downloads or in my games library. wondering what to do

If you purchased it but do not have it double check any other accounts you may have on the console to be sure it wasn't purchased on one of those.

Otherwise you'll have to contact support to get this sorted out.

Sorry to hear this is happening but do you happen to see this game listed in your download history on the console or on Xbox.com? Do you see the purchase listed as complete at commerce.microsoft.com? If it's not in your download history and is marked as a successful purchase on the billing page, then be sure to give the phone team a call and discuss a potential refund.
