Purchased A DLC, Didn't download, Took my Points

So I ended up purchasing the "Cerberus Network" DLC for Mass Effect 2 last night... Or so I thought.

When I clicked to confirm purchase all I got was an error message, which I quickly dismissed as any other glitch. After the message I had to go back to the dashboard. I went to see if the DLC was downloading and it wasn't. I made an attempt to re-download it, but when I got to the "Cerberus Network" it said it was still un-purchased and I am now down 1200 MS points.

Long story short, I bought this DLC... which, yes is under my billing transactions, yet it has not given it to me... it wants me to spend another 1200 MS points to purchase it... Needless to say I am frustrated. Help is appreciated.

Can you check to see if its in your download history? Follow these instructions,

 

On your console

  1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.
  2. Go to the Settings section and then select Account.
  3. Select Download History.
  4. See if you can see your download in there. If you do, select it and hit "download again".

It is not in the Xbox download history no.

However, it is under my Microsoft billing transactions.

You need to call support. Whenever a purchase is found in your billing history but is not in your download history, support are the only ones who can fix it.

Hey there!  If you try to queue it up using the website, do you see it purchased there?  If you do, then you can go ahead and get it downloading that way.  If not, then yeah, please request a call from a billing agent using support.xbox.com/contact-us
