I purchased a movie called THE VOW and was charged for it twice. Can you please tell me why did that happen?

Hi, Not sure why you were charged twice could have been a glitch in the system, my advice is to call 1 800 4 MY XBOX during normal business hours and I am certain they will be more than happy to assist you.

Check your Purchase History and you should be able to redownload the movie live.xbox.com/.../History

Downloading the movie isn't his issue, his issue is being charged twice for it. @OP-contact Phone Support and see what they recommend, they would also be the ones to credit you back for the overcharge.
