Hi , In trying to purchase 3 month gold membership with a credit card. When I corfirm purchase , it says Sorry, there's an issue with your account. To fix the problem, visit https://account.live.com or choose a different payment method . Can you please tell me what to do ? Thank!.

I think you have to go to https://account.live.com to following the orders on that page. If you have not have a hotmail or live email address, you can chose between linking this e-mail address on a Windows Live ID here, https://signup.live.com. Or making a new email address and change the current e-mail to your new one. For that, here is how and go tot topic: Switch your gamertag to a different Windows LIVE ID support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id

i tried every thing in that page no ambassador helped me out.

whats really annoying is that i can buy  games that i dont even like

but when it coms to the great games like halo or gears of wars , assassin creed  

it says the error above i am waiting for week right now hope find the solution

@ABU - ambassadors don't have all the helpful tools that official support does.  This is more than likely why they couldn't help you.  You should contact the official support service if you need more help.
