Purchase failure with Microsoft points

Hey, I tried to purchase some microsoft points and it charged my credit card but I was never given the microsoft points or reimbursed my money. Any help you can give  me will be greatly appreciated.

Best thing to do would be to call your local Support line support.xbox.com/.../call-us.aspx and query this with them.
