I'm fairly new to forums and wasn't 100% sure this was the place for this. I've put a 40$ Microsoft points card on my account and purchased a 12 month Xbox live card but can't seem to add it to my account due to billing problems? Whenever I try to change
billing info I get sent to a screen saying I've found a glitch in the system with no option to continue changing billing info. What can I do to resolve this? I've already added the 40$ Microsoft points card and can't use it.
Can't currently call(no phone line) also tried the link and when I went to contact support it brought me to the "my account" section where I got the same screen saying "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.
It appears you've found a glitch in the system."
