Problems with updating billing info.

I'm fairly new to forums and wasn't 100% sure this was the place for this. I've put a 40$ Microsoft points card on my account and purchased a 12 month Xbox live card but can't seem to add it to my account due to billing problems? Whenever I try to change billing info I get sent to a screen saying I've found a glitch in the system with no option to continue changing billing info. What can I do to resolve this? I've already added the 40$ Microsoft points card and can't use it.

For billing issues you would need to contact support directly to speak to billing and they can help you get it sorted. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us

Can't currently call(no phone line) also tried the link and when I went to contact support it brought me to the "my account" section where I got the same screen saying "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system."

Unfortunately, billing can only be reached via phone.

Well that's ridiculous. They don't have a support email that can be contacted? Would make things a lot easier.
