problems in time to buy the games

STAND WITH PROBLEMS IN TIME TO BUY THE GAMES LIVE BY MY CARD CREDIT, ACIV BOUGHT LAST WEEK AND THERE WAS ALL NORMAL, NOW IS GIVING THIS ISSUE:

I can't really understand you but from what I can read it states that you should contact your bank, so maybe you should do that?

Your bank most likely blocked Microsoft billing because it was an unusual payment or something. So yeah, contact your bank or phone Xbox Support. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Same here, trying to buy a game results in PBR9002 error every time.

Weirdly enough I used the same method before to acquire games and even renew the Gold account.

Does anyone have a conclusive answer to this issue?
