problemi pagamento transazione zune con cartadi credito

buonasera, nella sezione il mio account non riesco a rimuovere come mezzo di pagamento una carta di credito. Mi esce l'errore "Esiste un saldo scoperto per questo strumento di pagamento. Riprova in seguito" Ne ho già inserito un'altra e vorrei che il pagamento in sospeso avvenisse con la nuova carta..

You can transfer the outstanding balance on your card at commerce.microsoft.com. From that site, click on Help> Account management> Use A Different Payment method for further info on how to make that transfer. Let us know if this helps. Thanks!
