Problema con mi XBOX Music Pass

Hola tengo serios problemas con mi XBOX MUSIC Pass sin recibir ninguna solución parte Microsoft

He escalada ya varios veces mi caso....

En mi Cuenta no veo mis dispositivos (deben estar 2 Windows Phones, pero solo se ve uno, el otro es un dispositivo antiguo) actuales que están sincronizado con XBOX MUSIC Pass y tienen el Microsoft Account.

Hiya Paladin. If you go to Xbox.com and click My Account, you will see an option to Manage Music Devices. Do you see your two phones there?

Ok. You are going to want to get that second one on that list. First, make sure you are signed into the device not on the list with the correct Microsoft Account. Next, power cycle (turn off then on) the device that is not on the list, then launch Xbox Music, and then download an album from the Store. This will hopefully renew the license, and get that device linked to your account. Note: On Windows Phone, only the first Microsoft Account signed into the phone will be able to utilize Xbox Music/LIVE. If that account was not the first one to sign in, you will have to do a hard reset on the device.
