Problem with X-Box Live Marketplace

I bought Mass Effect 2: Genesis from the marketplace and it has took the points but it won't let me down load the the content.

If the content you are trying to download is REGION LOCKED then you will not be able to download it unless your XBL ACCOUNT REGION and ACTUAL LIVE IN REGION match. If that is the case then you need to contact support for your region about a refund.

 

Are you getting any error messages? If so, what are they exactly?

Have you checked in your Download History under Account Management? If it is there, select it and redownload it.

No it won't show up as anything on my x-box but it does show up on my microsoft billing statement... and I am in the states so I dout I am in the wrong region..

By "anything on my x-box" did you check the Download History under Account Management?

I did confirm this purchase on your account. If you are still unable to play or redownload it, I would recommend calling up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and sorting it out with the billing folks. Sorry for all the hassle!
