Problem with Lego Batman 2 game and support in Brazil

1) My game has a problem and I downloaded it again.  Today I can only play it if i have connected to the net. What should I do?

2) What is happening with the call center support in Brazil? It's always available.

Sounds like a licence transfer issue. Trust me, those are global :)

Go to dashboard > account > licence transfer

If it says "You already transfered licence to this console on  x/x/x , you will need to wait till x/x/x to transfer again"

you must wait until then. However , if it does not, press the A button , it should take you to your downloaded content. Delete Batman, and re download it from here.

It makes you play online if licences are not transfered , so that someone else can not use your account and play the game as well. They want to make sure that 2 instances of a game on demand are not running simultaneously.
