Problem with buying a Xbox Music Pass

Hello,

I would like tu buy a Xbox Music Pass for my daughter on her Windows Phone 8. When she wants to buy it, she gets the message that she needs permission of her parents. On this site is higlighted a link to get this permission. Whe I click there I am redirected to a site whrere I am told, that it is not possible to change settings on Xbox One. But I dont have a Xbox One , I just want to buy Xbox Music Box for a smartphone.

How can the problem be resolved. Thank you!

Hi there,

She should log in at Xbox.com, press My Account (upper right) and then Security, Family and Forums followed by Xbox 360 Online Safety. The very last option (Xbox Music, Video and Windows Phone) needs to be allowed, as do any concerning the making of purchases.

When hitting Save she should be prompted for parental approval, which means you need to sign in with the parental account associated with hers. The changes should then happen and the purchase can be made.
