Problem when signing in

Could someone help me here?

I am using win8 now and I got problem with the Xbox Music and Video apps

I signed up once for the Xbox account and seems like I made a mistake by entering the wrong location for this account, and now when I open the Music and Video apps and sign in, I get an error message saying that my Xbox ID location and my Microsoft ID location don't match.

And now I can't browse new Music and Videos because the apps only shows my Music and videos I have in my PC.

Now what should I do?

Should I reset my Xbox ID and change the location? if so, how? I can't even logout from my ID when I run the apps

There are only 2 ways to change the region.

1.  Contact support and let them know it needs to be changed.  This can take up to 6 weeks during which time you will lose access to your account.

2.  Create a new gamertag for access using the correct info.
