Problem downloading Rainbow 6 Vegas as Gold Member

Hi, I have problem downloading Rainbow 6 Vegas as a gold member. when I tried to download it, it gives me the error code 80150017, after I checked the code I still don't know why I can't download it. Is anyone have the same problem? 

I just changed my region to U.S. so it shouldn't be the problem for region.

That code is related to a region issue. I know you said you change your region to the US, but are you actually in the US? Also, it can take up to 30 days for a migration to actually complete. So if you just completed the migration, your account may not fully be migrated.

To download that content or most triple A titled your account region and actual region has to match

if you dont live in an xbox live region then its not possible to download it

using the migration tool to non supported region will not help and you will lose 3months access as ittakes 90 days before you can do it again

the tool isnt meant to be used in non supported regionst

I am actually living in the U.S., I just feel really inconvenient that the account preset me to Taiwan just becasue I first have my MSN account in Taiwan.

If available in your region - both your region and location must be the same to access certain content and validate downloads or play restricted games etc.

If your location and region are not the same you can amend by following these steps: support.xbox.com/.../change-region

Please note disc based games must be compatible with your consoles region.
