Problem accessing Modern Warfare 2 DLC

I have a Family Gold account with my account being the main and my wife and son being the other accounts.  I purchased the 2 MW2 DLCs when they first came out and both myself and my son were able to play with them online.  I recently purchased an Xbox Slim and transferred all the content over.  Now I'm able to play the DLC but my son is not.  I tried redownloading the DLC but it finished the download immediately since it already existed on the hard drive.  Did I transfer the information over wrong?  Any help would be appreciated.
