Previously purchased skins now locked.

I have purchased skin packs (The Incredibles, Summer Beach Party and Shiver Me Timbers) that I have been using for some time. They are now locked and want me to buy them again. They do not even show as purchased within Minecraft itself. My wife is having the EXACT same issue, as I type this. Please help!

There is nothing there for people playing the Microsoft (PE) edition on PC.

My game and all of it's content were fine two days ago. Same with my wife.

Now the game either crashes or does not load the purchased textures. The skins, which were no longer showing up as purchased and were locked, are now back to unlocked and usable. However, now the game continually crashes with no warning.

Regarding purchases, the purchase history does not show skins and textures purchased in game. Microsoft help covers everything EXCEPT games. The closest it come to games is Xbox and I do not own any consoles. I play on a PC.

How on earth can I actually SPEAK with someone instead of wasting my time posting it here where the people who need to see it, NEVER WILL?

I do not want a damn forum, I want CUSTOMER SERVICE.
