Power outage

Hello,

   Last Friday as My wife and myself were waiting out winter storm nemo I purchased a movie on the xbox marketplace. Everything worked fine, we began to watch the movie and before we could finish we lost power. I had hoped that the power would comeback in time that we could finish watching it but I was without power for four days. I was unable to finish watching the movie and was wondering if there was anyway that I could get a refund or maybe get another 24 hr rental? Any info would be good.
