Post Beta - Can not add credit card, purchase, or redeem MSP.

I was a participant in the recent dashboard Beta and was hoping when it finished these marketplace issues would be resolved. Anybody know how I can reconcile this issue? I haven't been able to buy anything in about 2 months.

Did you have MSP prior to the transition of currency? You should be trading in your local currency from now on. I take it you've already tried to add a credit card via xbox.com under My Account? If you didn't already know there can be certain issues when adding credit cards

For example if you try to add it to many times in a specific period you will be blocked from using it. Have you checked that card still works for online purchases?

Yes to all of those. It's transferred currency and all the sort. I don't have the option to add a credit card on either Xbox.com or my console. It just comes up some some long error message.

We're happy to work with you to figure this out, but most billing issues will need to be handled by Phone Support as they are best equipped with the tools to help sort those out. It may be your best option to give them a call if you have not already.
