Port Royale 3 : The falses ads

Hi!! i need help with my problem...

ive buy Port Royale 3 on xbox live market place 

in the description...they were saying we were not alone in the carabian sea, we can play LAN or INTERNET.

But the xbox 360 version don't have Multiplayer option...

I called 1-800-4MY-XBOX  for support and they told me to ask the refund to kalypso...

i did write an email to kalypso and they tell me the refund should be done by xbox...

Jai acheter Port Royale 3 sur la XBOX 360  parce qu'il y avait dans la description une annonce qui disait que l,on pouvait jouer sur internet avec nos amis..
je me trouve amerement decu de voir qu'il n'y en na pas sur le xbox mais que a l'ordinateur oui...
donc pour avoir faite de la fausse publicité je ne demande que le remboursement svp.
