Points not showing up

I bought 2000 microsoft points from xbox.com at May-13-12 and I have the confirmation email but no points have shown up.

Only support could really assist with this issue although there are a couple of steps you could try.

Try clearing the system cache, guide here --> support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

And also re-downloading your profile, guide here --> support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

After that you may want to contact support here --> support.xbox.com/contact-us

Please check your billing history and make sure your points have not shown up before contacting support. Also, you can try to suggestions of clearing your system cache to see if it updates or not or re-downloading your profile.
