When looking to purchase one months gold subscription on my Xbox One this evening I kept getting the error message "Please try a different payment option: The payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. Remove it from those accounts and try again, or add a different payment option."
Now, I am 100% certain this is the only account using these debit card details I've even entered a brand new card and still no luck. I've done all the routine checks to see if anyone else may have been using my card but my transaction history is clear, and there is nothing showing up on my internet banking either.
I've also tried adding my PayPal account and trying to use that, but I just get the same error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
