My guess is that it's an original Xbox game. Not all original games were made backwards compatible. If it's not on this list, it won't work - en.wikipedia.org/.../List_of_Xbox_games_compatible_with_Xbox_360

i recieve a connection warning like this: you can connect to xbox live but your current network configuration may limit your online experience. select more infor for description of the problem and how you can fix it. and i cant log in or join xbox live? please help me. the title of the game is earned in blood.

That game is not backwards compatible so it won't work on the 360. I'm not sure about the connection issues though.
