Please help - 1 month free

I have the 1 month free xbox-live but it says that i have it but if a wanna play a game ( Black Ops II ) "Current profile can't play xbox-live" or something like that.

If somebody could help me thanks,

Hello, have you restarted the Xbox console since you entered the 1 month information? (Sometimes it can take a few minutes to update.) If it doesn't update make sure you entered the code correctly, and If so you can delete your profile (profile only) and download it again. support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete
