Playlist created on Windows Phone isn't mirrored when I access Xbox Music in a browser

I recently tried to access my main Xbox Music playlist on a web browser (IE 11) , but it was short a number of songs, about 25% of the tracks, that I had added over the past few months through my Windows Phone Xbox Music app. If I add a song to a playlist on my phone, and it is not reflected when I pull up the same playlist on my browser, what is the point of Xbox Music, let alone what is worth the price of my subscription when something like has Spotify has no such problem with transferring my playlists (when I'm not even paying for Spotify by the way).... please give me some faith in Xbox Music (Groove) before the launch of Windows 10 or I might switch to another service.
