payment rejected!

For three days i have been trying to buy 12 months of Gold membership with my two Mastercards. i get the error code: 80190864

on the support it says that its an over-due balance and i have to pay it of, but i dont have an over-due balance! i have checed at microsoft.billing.

i also checked that all my informmation is correct on both cards, but no one of them work!!!!

please help me!

Address this to chat/phone support, ask them what the balance is for and where it stems from.  It is possible that you are not seeing it on billing.microsoft.com because it is in the process of being written off, in which case support can assist you.  The other possibility is that there is an old credit card on the account that has a "Declined" status that needs to be removed, try removing any other cards on your account and if that does not work call/request support's assistance.
