Payment Problem

Every time I go to confirm the purchase for a 3 month subscription it doesn't let me. So when I press it it just bumps me back to the last screen like nothing ever happened. I am able to buy Microsoft points just not live. If anyone could help it would be great. Thank you.

Have you checked on the billing site that the information held on your live account is correct and matches with your PayPal information?

Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. Go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
