Payment not getting to my bank.

Last night i bought two map packs for 10 and 5$, today i attempted to buy another 5$ map pack and on both my debit and credit cards it can't authorize. i called my bank (debit) and they tell me that they have not received any payment requests from xbox at all today. the fact that it is two cards that are not working when they both have more than enough money tells me xbox is not communicating with banks etc. correctly today.

The information on both cards i have checked and rechecked, i know because i didn't change any information and it worked the day before and not today

Have you tried to contact XBOX Support and see what they say about this? It's quite possible that your account has some sort of lock on it now. It happens for some unknown reasons but it's worth giving them a call and seeing what they can do for you.
