Paid for game but doesn't show in download history...

I recently purchased Diablo III and I received an error code upon completing the transaction.  Unfortunately, I didn't write the error code down but I figured the transaction just didn't complete, so I figured it was no big deal. The next day, however, I found that $61 was charged to my credit card.  The full game does not show up as a downloaded game from within my account so I can I go about getting the item that I purchased?  You have my money, I want my game...
